At KerryCo., we are committed to providing quality clothing and accessories. To help customers make informed purchasing decisions, we provide detailed sizing information, product descriptions, and photographs for all products.

Your Right to Cancel
If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you have the legal right to cancel most purchases within 14 days of receiving your order.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
Once cancellation has been requested, items must be returned within 14 days.
Clothing and Apparel Returns
Customers may inspect garments in a manner similar to trying them on in a retail store.
Returned items must:
- Be unworn except for reasonable fitting purposes.
- Be free from stains, odours, cosmetics, fragrances, deodorant marks, pet hair, or other signs of use.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Include original packaging where reasonably possible.
Items returned in a condition that reduces their resale value may be subject to an appropriate reduction in the refund amount where permitted by law.
Hygiene-Sensitive Products
For hygiene and health protection reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened, unsealed, worn, or tried on beyond reasonable inspection.
This may include:
- Underwear and briefs
- Socks sold as sealed multi-packs
- Other sealed intimate-wear products
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We recommend tracked delivery services.
- Customers remain responsible for returned goods until they are received by KerryCo.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the item
- Photographs of packaging
- A description of the issue
Where a fault is confirmed, KerryCo. will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned except where faulty or not as described:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Hygiene-sealed products that have been opened after delivery
- Products damaged through misuse, negligence, or improper care
Inspection and Refunds
All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
Approved refunds will be issued within the timeframes required by UK consumer law.
Repeated Returns
To protect against misuse, KerryCo. reserves the right to review accounts exhibiting unusually high return rates, repeated ordering of multiple sizes with excessive returns, or patterns suggesting use of products prior to return.
This review will not affect any statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations, or any other applicable UK consumer
